BYERS, CHARLES R., 74, of Portland, died Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Audubon Hospital.

He was a retired truck driver for Renners Express and a member of the Good Shepherd Parish.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary L. Downs Byers; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons, 2114 W. Market St. Burial: Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation: 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tuesday
