Charles O. Carroll Share E-mail Visit Guest Book CARROLL, CHARLES O., 71, of Louisville, returned to his heavenly Father Friday, August 21, 2009 at his home, surrounded by his loving family.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired meat cutter for the Ft. Knox Commissary and also the Kroger Company. He was a member of the Incarnation Senior Club.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 46 years, Roma Carroll; son, Charles "Chuck" Carroll; daughters, Cindy Robinson (Roger), Debbie Hendrick (Tim) and Jackie Hegarty (Chris); sister, Julia McKinley; and eight grandchildren.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road.
Memorial contributions may be made to Norton Cancer Institute.
