COFFMAN, PHILL, 60, of Crestwood, died at his home Monday, May 2, 2011.

He was a dump truck driver.

He is survived by his wife, Judith Coffman; daughter, Jillian Coffman; sisters, Linda Sue Conn (James), Jennifer Dick and Betty Denton (Bob).

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Nannie Coffman.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-8 p.m., with memorial service Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Stoess Funeral Home, Crestwood.
