He was the owner of Franklin HVAC, formerly John Franklin HVAC. He was preceded in death by his father, John L. Franklin and sister, Judy Schepers. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Bryant Franklin; son, Sean A. Franklin. A memorial service will be 7 p.m., Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd.
