MIDDELTON, TOMMY, entered into rest on January 31, 2013 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.

He was a retired welder with Jeff Boat.

He was preceded in rest by his mother, Olive Middelton.

Mr. Middelton is survived by a daughter, Lisa Middelton; his father, Elvin Middelton; and a sister, Martha Ann Thrasher (Steve).

His funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
