SHADOAN, CHARLES McRAE, JR., 85, passed away on June 22, 2011.
He was a retired employee of the Illinois Central Railroad, and a Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his devoted wife of 60 years, Evelyn Shadoan; his daughter, Pat Brewer (Donald); granddaughters, Tracy Hill (Joseph), Megan Harris, and Shannon McRae Grimes (Justin); and two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Kendall.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 10 a.m.- 1 p.m. Friday.
