STEVENS, CHARLINE R., 83, entered into rest on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Wesley Manor Nursing Home.

She was a retired sales lady with the old Levi's Brothers and was a member of the Farmdale Church of the Nazarene.

Mrs. Stevens is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years, Jim Stevens; two sons, Charles Stevens (Cherry) and Lester Stevens; a daughter, Sherry Davis (Jerry); a brother, Donnie Rath; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Her funeral services will be on Monday at 10 a.m. at the Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 8519 Preston Highway, with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visiting will be on Sunday from 2:30-8 p.m.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Wesley Manor Nursing Home or Farmdale Church of the Nazarene.
