Chester Jaggers

November 27, 1916 — April 23, 2007

Jaggers, Chester F. JAGGERS, CHESTER F., 90, of Shepherdsville, passed away Monday, April 23, 2007 at the Norton-Audubon Hospital. He was a retired woodworker for Kitchen Kompact, Inc., an Army Air Force veteran of World War II, a member of the Church of the Harvest and a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mickey Jaggers; and a step-daughter, Nyla Jean Danheiser. He is survived by a daughter, Billie Jean and David Self; son, James and Diane Jaggers ; step-son, Roy H. Vance; grandchildren, Laura Stump (Richard), Brian Murphy (Kim), Beth Schildknetch, Ronnie Conn (Chuck), Jr., Harmony Jaggers, Tajha Canfield (Steve); great-grandchildren, Jessica Stump, Ricky Stump, Michael Murphy, Tabitha Bagley, Korinne Spry, Caleb Canfield, and Eli Canfield; a great-great -grandchild, Cam Bagley; three special friends, Erlene Wooldridge, Jewel Fisher and Kenneth Wheeler (Skinny). His funeral service will be noon on Friday at Arch L. Heady & Son, Okolona with Kenny and Vicki Fisher and Jody Wheeler as vocalists. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 2-8 p.m. on Thursday. Expressions of sympathy can be made to the Church of the Harvest.
