Clara Crumpton

Crumpton-Royalty, Clara "Jean" (Avery) View/Sign Guest Book CRUMPTON-ROYALTY, CLARA "JEAN" (AVERY), 78, of Louisville, was born October 28, 1930 and passed away Saturday February 14, 2009, surrounded by her family. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Sanders Elementary School, and was a member of Valley Christian Church. Survivors include her husband, Charles F. Crumpton; two daughters, Karen Higdon (Terry) and Joni Goodman; four stepchildren, Chuck Crumpton, David Crumpton (Brenda), Phillip Crumpton (Angela) and Anita Crumpton; a sister, Linda McCandless; four grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. 8 p.m. Tuesday. Memorial gifts may be given to Hospice of Louisville
