-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Daniel Royce Casey Sr. CASEY, DANIEL ROYCE SR., 77, of Louisville, passed away Friday, February 15, 2008 at Park Terrace. He was a native of Clark County, IN., a self employed excavator, a member of Louisville Baptist Temple and Army veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, the former Doris Claudette Simmons; a son, Dan Casey Jr.; a daughter, Judy Pocker; brother, Neal Casey (Virgie); sisters, Janet Voit (Dick) and Karen Roberts (Wally); a granddaughter, Alicia Wilson (Blake); a mother-in-law, Ruby Simmons; and a sister in law, Myra Casey. A celebration of Mr. Casey's life will be held at noon Tuesday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday. In his memory, donations may be sent to Louisville Baptist Temple.
