DUKE, DANNY, 62, of Louisville passed away Sunday March 11, 2012 at Jewish Hospital.
Danny had retired from B. F. Goodrich/Zeon Chemical. and a member of Valley Masonic Lodge #511, Sons of the American Legion, VFW Post #1181, Fraternal Order of Eagles, Scottish Rite, Okeechobee Lodge # 237, Kentucky Colonels, Harley Owners Group and Fall City Corvette Club.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Johnnie Mae Duke; stepson, Eric Harkness.
Survivors include his wife, Charlene (Saltsman) Duke; son, Johnny Duke (Beth); stepdaughter, Melissa Harkness (Luciano Reyes); sisters, Brenda Kifer (Karl), Lynn Golden (Ricky) and Dale Conners; brothers, Mark (Shelly) and Terry (Patty) Duke; three grandchildren, Johnny Ray, Drew and Kaci; and former wife, Linda Cook.
Funeral services will be held noon Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and after 9 a.m. Thursday.
