Share Visit Guest Book David Lee Faulk FAULK, DAVID LEE, 53, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN He was born November 26, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN to Carley L. and Jannie Ray (Shanks) Faulk. David loved watching sports especially his favorite teams the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals and the Kentucky Wildcats. He also liked to fish.
David is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife, Debra (Oldham) Faulk; stepsons, Gregory Griffith (Christa) of Youngwood PA, Alan Griffith of Springfield MO, Johathan Griffith (Amanda) of Greensburg IN; two stepgrandchildren, Elizabeth Claire Griffith, Adrienne Lynn Griffith; sister, Kellie Hamilton (Matt) of Indianapolis, IN; brother, Rick Wyatt (Darlene) of Indianapolis; father-in-law, August Oldham of Newburgh; brother-in-law, Larry Oldham (Carol); three nephews, Chase Lyday, Chad Lyday, Heath Wyatt, all of Indianapolis; his birth mother, Hilda Seidel of Indianapolis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for David will be held 10 a.m. CST Monday, March 1, 2010 at Titzer Family Funeral Homes, Simpson Chapel, 510 W. Jennings St., Newburgh, IN (812) 853-8314, Rev. Chase Lyday will officiate. Burial will be 2 p.m. EST in Louisville Memorial Gardens in Shively KY. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. CST Sunday at the funeral home.
