David Michael Sadler

In loving memory of David Michael Sadler, born on July 4, 1946, who passed away on June 23, 2024. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran SP4 (T), honored for his bravery and numerous contributions during his time in service including NATIONAL DEFENSE SERVICE MEDAL, VIETNAM SERVICE MEDAL, VIETNAM CAMPAIGN MEDAL EXPERT• (RIFLE M-14). His last assignment was with A BTRY IST BN 84TH ARTY USARV APOSF and returned home honorably discharged. His legacy is carried on by his three children, David Paul Sadler, Jason Michael Sadler, and Neesa Sadler; his step-grandchildren Adalyn,  Haley, and Alexis Kellams, his grandchildren Alec, William, Haley, and Savannah Sadler; and his daughters-in-law Alicia and Amanda Sadler. 

 His military service was a testament to his courage, earning him numerous honors for his actions in combat. 

David will be laid to rest in a private burial on October 12, 2024, with full military honors at Louisville Memorial Gardens where his Mother Alta Sadler and Brother Charlie Sadler lay in rest as well.
