David Schepers

Schepers, David B. View/Sign Guest Book NEW ALBANY SCHEPERS, DAVID B., 75, died Friday, August 1, 2008 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville. He was a native of Louisville and a retired tool grinder from Henry Vogt Machine Company after 30 years of service. David was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in New Albany. Survivors include wife of 56 years, Martha McCracken Schepers; children, Laura Duffy, Chris Schepers and Timothy Schepers; brother, Roman Schepers; grandchildren, Beth, Jeremy, Matthew, David, Brigitte, Brittney, Jason, Tim and Cynthia; and great-granddaughter, Lillian. He was preceded in death by son, Jeffrey Paul Schepers; and sister, Mary Catherine Jones. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St., New Albany. Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
