68, of Louisville passed away Friday, October 3, 2014.
David was a Male High School Alumni class of 1964 and was sales development manager for Federal Mogul.
Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Carolyn Sue (Bailes) Waugh; two daughters, Tracy Waugh and Kimberly Hobson (Eddie); a brother, Phil Waugh (Brenda); and three grandchildren, Cameron, Ethan and Peyton.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
