Deborah Dowdy

DOWDY, DEBORAH "DEBI," ANNE, of Crestwood, was born February 10, 1954 in San Bernardino, CA and returned to her Heavenly Father February 21, 2012.
Mrs. Dowdy was a graduate of Brigham Young University and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Crestwood 1st Ward.
Among those who preceded her in death include her parents, James L. and Lydia Clagg Morton; and sisters, Jane Wood and Susan Morton.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 24 years, Tim Dowdy; and children, Benjamin, Hannah, Sarah and Leah Dowdy.
Funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 7116 West Highway 22, Crestwood, KY with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Friends may pay their respects on Thursday from 6-9 p.m. and again after 9 a.m. on Friday at the church.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the National Audubon Society, www.audubon.org.
Schoppenhorst Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home (Preston Hwy at Brooks Rd.) is in charge of the arrangements.
