LYNCH, DEBORAH JEAN (PRENTICE), 63, died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center.
She had worked for Brown & Williamson.
She is survived by her sons, Christopher Samples (Sherry) and David Lynch (April); partner, Paul McAfee; grandchildren, Brad and Olivia Samples, Vincent and Grace Lynch; and her brother, Sonny Prentice (Joanie).
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3 - 8 p.m. Friday.
