Duncan, Delbert Alvin View/Sign Guest Book DUNCAN, DELBERT ALVIN, 80, passed away February 11, 2009. He was a Christian by faith, a member of the Kwians club, a Kentucky Colonel, Deacon of Shively Christian Church and an avid musician. He was also a former vice president of the Old Liberty National. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Hardin Duncan; children, Karen McDaniel, Jerry Duncan and Donna McGee (Eric); and grandchildren, Cory, Jared, Olivia, and Spencer. His service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation is noon-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
