Delmer Bratcher

Bratcher, Delmer View/Sign Guest Book BRATCHER, DELMER, 91, of Louisville, passed away Friday, September 5, 2008. He was native of Ohio County, KY, a U. S. Air Force veteran of World War II, a member of Arcade Baptist Church, where he played on the church's dartball team, a retired metal fabricator for Naval Ordinance. He was also a member of Parkland Masonic Lodge #638, and had been active in his son's youth baseball team, umpiring, and a avid golfer. Survivors include his wife of 61 years, Alice F. (Goins) Bratcher; a son, Robert E. Bratcher Sr. (Jerretta); two sisters, Doris Robards, and Sue Reed (David); a grandson, Robert E. Bratcher II, (Dana); 42 nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
