WILSON, DELMER RAY, 92, of Brunswick , OH, passed away on July 17, 2011.
He was born July 31, 1918 to Lloyd and Mattie Wilson in Greensburg, KY.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 28 years, Lillian; loving children, Rebecca Faye Wilson, Kim Ray Wilson, both of Louisville, Ky. and step-children, Jean (Tim) Wadle and James (Patricia) Synecky; treasured grandchild, Rhett Wilson, six step-grandchildren and seventeen step-great grandchildren: adoring sister, Lucille Brown. He is preceded in death by his first wife Cora Wilson and sister Dorothy Vance. Delmer was employed as a Q.A. Representative for General Dynamics for 33 years and was an active member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved airplanes, antique cars and reading.
A service celebrating Mr. Wilson's life will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 1 p.m. Friday until service time. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens.
