FONDERN, DERRICK WAYNE, 32, of Louisville, passed away January 20, 2012 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was employed by Regal Metrology as a service technician.
He is survived by his loving wife, Ginny Marie (Jenkins) Fondern; children, Jae Lynne and Kevin Michael Fondern; mother, Gayle Ann (Rohleder) Bolton; father, Michael Fondern; brother, Christopher Michael Fondern; grandparents, Shirley Millard (Ben) and Jean Fondern; and numerous family, friends, and hunting buddies.
Funeral service will be 11a.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be noon-8 p.m. Sunday and 9 a.m. to service Monday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
