Diana Atwell

Diana "Teapot" Brown, 64, wife of Harold Atwell, died Friday December 9, 2011 at Audubon Hospital. Born in Louisville June 2, 1947 she is the daughter of the late George & Pauline Owen Brown. She was a member of St. Athanasius Catholic Church and was in retail sales for many years.
She was preceded in death by one brother, George Brown.
Besides her husband of 45 years she is survived by her daughter, Amy Malesick (Pat); two sons, Bill Atwell (Linda) and Chad Atwell (Shannon); one sister, Donna Hinton; and one brother Charles Brown; nine grandchildren also survive.
A service celebrating Teapot's life will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday December 13, 2011 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
