LEAKE, DOLORES ANN MEANY, 65, passed away Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
Dolores is preceded in death by her husband John Leake Jr.
She is survived by daughter, Rhonda Leake; son, Mike Leake (Rhonda); sisters, JoAnn, Frances, Rosemarie, Terry, Kathy and Betty Jo; and grandchildren, Niki, Michael, Danielle and Brittany.
There will be a memorial gathering Friday, from 5-7 p.m. at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy.
