Donald Lee Beams Share E-mail Visit Guest Book BEAMS, DONALD LEE, 70, of Louisville, went to his heavenly home early on Saturday, August. 22, 2009.
He is sadly missed by his lifelong companion and friend Bill Stayton; nephews David and Tammy Slack; niece, Lea Ann Slack; and two very special loved ones, Tommy Martin and Megan Lipscomb who were always very, very special in Dee Dee's heart. Many others who loved him survive Dee Dee's passing.
Brother Bill Stayton conducted Donnie's service. Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Donnie was entombed at Louisville Memorial Gardens West Mausoleum.
