Donald "Duc" drove for Roney Trucking Co. He was a member J & H Sports Men's Club and a former member of the Masonic Lodge #223.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, Rodgers A. Griffin; and brothers, Phil and Bobby.
He is survived by his wife, Geneta Griffin; daughter, Becky Beamer (Terry); sons, Joe Griffin (Connie) and Don "Gene" Griffin (Marian); mother, Cordie Griffin; half brother, Harvey Griffin; grandchildren, Adam, Kevin, Ashlee, Dallas and Katelyn Griffin and Jake, Jody and Blake Beamer; sister-in-law, Linda Griffin; and niece, Lena Taylor.
Funeral services celebrating Donald's life will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation for family and friends will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
