WHEELER, DONALD RAY, 75, of Louisville passed away January 30, 2012 at Signature Healthcare.
Donald retired from Alcan Aluminum as an operator and was a Navy veteran. He was a member of Shawnee Lodge #830 and was baptized in the Trinity Church of the Nazarene. He is preceded in death by his wife, Doris June Wheeler.
Survivors include his current wife, Beulah P. (Stillwell) Wheeler; children, Donald K. Wheeler (Alicia), David Wheeler, John Wayne Smallwood (Tammy), Gary Stephen Smallwood (Paula), Kenneth Dale Smallwood (Audrey), Lucinda Booth (Robert), and Mary Smallwood; 12 grandchildren; three great grandchildren and one on the way; twin brother, Ronald Lee Wheeler (Betty); and sister Mary Ann Spaulding (Danny).
Funeral service will be noon Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Thursday noon-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
