WHITE, DONALD K., 78, of south Louisville, passed away Wednesday June 23, 2010.
He was a retired electrician for Brown and Williamson Tobacco Co., where he had worked for 32 years, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict, member of South Park Country Club, Bethlehem Evangelical United Church of Christ and a member of Sunset Masonic Lodge # 915 F.& A.M.
Mr. White was preceded in death by his parents, George and Adelaide White; and two brothers, William and Robert White.
He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Gardner; daughter, Vicki Skaggs Marion; four brothers, Norman, Harry (Agnes), George W. (Ethel) and Roger (Barbara) White; grandchild, Shea Marion; a great-grandchild, Jordan Marion; and also by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Celebration of Life service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd., with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation from 2-8 p.m. Friday.
