She was born to John Broyles and Brenda Reece O'Connell on September 3, 1965 in Louisville.
Donna was a cook for Rockford Manor Nursing Home.
She is survived by her children: John, Tiffany, and Justin Hayes along with 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
