Donna Evanoff

Donna Jo Evanoff, 73, of Louisville, KY, passed away on April 26, 2022 from her battle with Cancer. She was surrounded by her daughter, Michele and her grand children Ashley & Tommy when she took her last breathe.

She was born to parents Joseph & Lora Williams Carter , on December 14,1948 in Louisville, KY.

Donna was loved by many that she worked with. She was a Head Cashier/Bookkeeper  for 16years at Home Depot and had retired previously from PNC Bank. She also worked at K-Mart and Furrows for many years.

Donna enjoy spending time with her family, shopping, watching her grand-dogs, camping, sitting on the beach and donating her time working WHAS Crusade for Children. She also enjoyed anything she could do to spend extra time with her daughter (mainly) and family.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Lora Williams Carter, brothers, Terry Carter and Theodore Kessinger.

Donna is survived by her daughters, Michele (Micki) Nickerson (Brandon), April Hawes (Bill).

Grandchildren Ashley Ferguson, Tommy Ferguson (Merideth), Corey Hawes (Natalie), Erin Hawes and 5 great grandchildren- Dallas, Dylan, Kate, Beckham & Reece

The family has entrusted Louisville Memorial Gardens – West (4400 Memorial Gardens Dr. (Dixie Hwy) Louisville, KY 40216)

with the arrangements. The Visitation is Monday, May 2nd from 11-7 and the Funeral will be held on May 3rd at 10am with burial directly following.

A reception will follow at Tommy & Merideth Ferguson home.
