KUHN, DONNA ANN (MILLER), 47, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.

She was born in Louisville to Butch & Esther (Mattingly) Miller.

Donna was an administrative assistant at Guess, Inc. and a member of St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, and mother-in-law, Joyce Kuhn.

Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Darrell W. Kuhn; two daughters: Brittany M. & Whitney J. Kuhn; a grandson on the way, Jaxson Wayne Kuhn; her mother, Esther Miller; brother, Troy Miller (Joy); sister, Dana Sample (Robert); several nieces & nephews; father-in-law, Leslie Kuhn and sister-in-law: Cathy Papini.

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 5431 Johnsontown Rd.
