Mullins, Donna Elizabeth (Ashby) View/Sign Guest Book MULLINS, DONNA ELIZABETH (ASHBY), 57, of Louisville, passed away Friday, August 8, 2008 at her residence. She was a 25-year employee of the former Liberty National Bank and had been an employee of Butternut Bread Company and Humana Inc. She was a member of Grace Tabernacle Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy E. Ashby. She is survived by her mother, Mary E. Ashby; brother, Douglas Ashby (Debbie), Woodstock, GA; three nephews, Brian and Mark Ashby, of Georgia and Josh Ashby, of Colorado; one niece, Melissa Hester, of Georgia; one great-nephew; and two great-nieces also survive. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday at J.B. Ratterman & Sons-Southwest, 4832 Cane Run Road, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
