Phelps, Donna Kay View/Sign Guest Book PHELPS, DONNA KAY, 56, died Wednesday, May 14, 2008 in Elizabethtown, KY. She was the former Donna Cowles and a member of the Okolona Church of Christ. Preceded in death by her son, Danny Phelps, Jr. Survived by her husband, Danny Phelps, Sr.; her son, David Wayne Phelps and a daughter, Tammy Renee Albers; brother, Mike Cowles; and sisters, Paula Conder,Pat Page and Betty Shanklin; and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at The Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
