Stidham, Donnie View/Sign Guest Book STIDHAM, DONNIE, 56, passed away Thursday March 12, 2009 at Norton Healthcare Pavilion Hospice Unit. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jewel and Michael Stidham Sr. and brother, Michael Jr. He is survived by his wife Theresa; two sons, Donnie W. (Teresa) and Brian (Kristie); four grandchildren, Anthony, Haylee, Zach and Taylor; and two brothers, Bob Gore (Marian) and Ronnie Stidham (Ava). The funeral celebrating Donnie's life will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday, Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Family and friends may visit noon-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. to service time Monday at the funeral home.
