Doris Forman

Forman, Doris Jean,89, of Louisville, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2015.She was a member of the old St. Clements Catholic Church, where she was a part of the Altar Society.Jean was preceded in death by her husband, James Joseph Forman, Sr.; and daughter, Patty Alvey.She is survived by her sons, James Jr., Rick, and Tony Forman; daughters, Jeanne Adams and Joyce Hargrove; 12 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.Funeral Mass will be 10am Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 6901 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Friday 1pm - 8pm at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
