Gambrell, Doris Popham View/Sign Guest Book Donate Now GAMBRELL, DORIS POPHAM, 84, passed away on Thursday, July 24, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Roy Gambrell and Herbert Popham. Survivors include her children, Sandy Amos, Cheryl Wooldridge (Sonny), Libby Hurn Mudd (Bill), Herbie Popham (Darlene), John Popham (Patricia) and Dorsey Ballow; 11 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at St. Polycarp Catholic Church, 7718 Columbine Drive, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from held 18 p.m. Sunday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
