Doris Phillips

PHILLIPS, DORIS MARIE HEADRICK, 59, of Louisville, passed away Friday March 28, 2008 at the Hillcrest Nursing Home in Jeffersonville, IN. She is the former Doris Marie Barger. She worked in nursing at the Masonic Home and was a member of Epiphany United Methodist Church. Doris is preceded in death by her husbands, Donald "Curly" Headrick and Frank Phillips. She is survived by her daughters, Malinda Lee, Susan Scott (Chris) and Katie Headrick; and four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Taylor, Morgan, and Matthew. The funeral is 10 a.m. Monday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Ratterman's. Published in The Courier-Journal on 3/30/2008.
