Dorothy Gatewood

Gatewood, Dorothy Jean,64, passed away Friday July 31, 2015 at her residence with her family by her side. She retired after 33 years of service as a sales clerk at the Hikes Point K-Mart. She is survived by her husband Onie C. Gatewood, Jr., her daughters Jean Louise Davis and Christina Ann Oakes, her son Onie Clay Gatewood III; seven grandchildren, Amber, Shane, Jacob, Stevie, Brianna, Ashleigh, and Jayla, and two great-grandchildren Brooklynn and Brycen.Funeral services will be noon Tuesday at J. B. Ratterman & Sons 2114 W. Market Street with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Monday.
