Allen, Dorothy "Dottie" View/Sign Guest Book ALLEN, DOROTHY "DOTTIE," 87, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2008. She was a retired beautician and a member of Parkwood Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Donna Forg (Chuck); and son, Doug Allen (Darlene); five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
