Formerly of Louisville, she moved to St. Augustine four years ago. She was born in Hart County, KY and was the wife of the late James Earl Smith. She was a member of Cove Baptist Church, Louisville.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, James W. Smith (Pam), St. Augustine; grandson, Jay Smith (Maria), Hammett, ID; two great-grandchildren, Makenzie Faye and Makayla Renae Smith.
Funeral service will be held noon Monday at the Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville. Visitation is 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens. A memorial service will be held at a later date in St. Augustine. Craig Funeral Home Crematory Memorial Park is in charge of the local arrangements
