Dorothy Spurlock

Dorothy W. Spurlock, 83, wife of Maynard G. Spurlock, died Sunday October 14, 2012 at Summerfield Health & Rehab. She was born March 15, 1929 in Russell Springs, Ky. and was a long time member of Grace Praise & Worship Church.
Besides her husband of 65 years she is survived by 2 sons, Kirby & Wayne (Debbie) Spurlock, 1 sister, Mardell Collins, 6 grandchildren, Trent, Becky, Dawn, Brad, Patrick and Chad. 6 great grandchildren also survive, Haley, Justice, Jaylen, Dayton, Gage and Miles.
A service celebrating Dorothy's life will be held 7:00 pm Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 3:00 pm until service time.
