TROUTMAN, DOROTHY "DOTTIE," 75, of Louisville, passed away September 29, 2013. She was an inspector for P.S.C. and loved playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Betty Clemons (Roger); sons, David Troutman (Susan), and Charles Troutman; grandchildren, Gary, David, Crystal, Shaun and Shaunda; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Her funeral service will be held 1p.m. Thursday at the Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
