UPTAGRAFFT, DOROTHY "DOT," ANNE, 79, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
She was born September 26,1932 in Willisburg, KY to the late Ernie and Mary Elizabeth Warner.
She was preceded by her loving husband of 55 years, Norman this past October 2011. She was retired from Byck's, where she worked in sales and as a buyer. She was a former member of the Moose Lodge, and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving children, Gena Gerth (Chuck) and Ken Uptagrafft; her four grandchildren, Brittany Loewen (Joshua), Tiffany Gerth, Tyler Gerth , and Megan Uptagrafft; her sister, Jolene Altman (Wiley); and her extended family.
A Celebration of Dot's life will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 11406 Ballardsville Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road, and after 9 a.m. Monday at the church.
