Yates, Douglas T. View/Sign Guest Book YATES, DOUGLAS T., 40, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2007. He was a beloved husband, father, papaw, and coach. Survivors include his wife, Jennifer Brooks Yates; daughters, Macie Yates and Ashley Reynolds; a son, Blaine Yates; grandchildren, Blake and Gage; sisters, Kima and Cindy; and a brother, Mitchell. His funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, followed by burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial gifts may be made to the family.
