Dwayne was born on November 15, 1962, in Louisville, KY.He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kelsey; brother Charles Saltsman; and nephew Eric Harkness.Dwayne is survived by his mother, Wanita Schweitzer (Gus); father, Charles Saltsman; daughter, Savannah; sister, Charlene Duke; and step-sisters, Patricia and Barbara. Visitation will be 1-6 p.m. Sunday, August 24, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville). A funeral service to celebrate the life of Dwayne will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home-Southwest Chapel with, burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
