Earl Hatfield

HATFIELD, EARL E. "ED" JR., 74, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at Baptist Hospital East. He was in sporting good sales for many years. Ed was an Army Veteran of the Korean War, a member of Southeast Christian Church and attended Lyndon Christian Church. Survivors include his wife, Frances "Shorty" Hatfield; two sons, Nick Hatfield (Kathy) and Kerry Hatfield (Dana); four grandchildren, Lindsey Nehring (Jason), Kelly Deitz (Ron), Michael Hatfield and Morgan Hatfield; three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Phyllis DuBose. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, November 29, 2008, at Arch L. Heady & Son, Westport Road at Herr Lane. Entombment will follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 4-9 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts may be made to Lyndon Christian Church.
