Horsley, Edna Jo (Mattingly),82, passed away Friday December 26, 2014 at Parkway Medical Center, Louisville, KY.She was born in Louisville, KY, to Robert Earl and Carrie Catherine (Bell) Mattingly. She was a retired Secretary for the Community Development Cabinet.Edna was preceded in death by her parents and her loving husband of 58 years, Harold Earl Horsley.Survivors include her children, Mark Hannah, Michael Horsley, Cindy Wayne, Scott Horsley (Barbara) and Eric Horsley (Angela); nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, George Thomas Mattingly (Lucy); and a sister, Theresa Marie Williams.Funeral services will be 12 noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
