Edna Marie Tabler Share E-mail Visit Guest Book TABLER, EDNA MARIE, 78, of south Louisville passed away Sunday, September 13, 2009.
She was the former Edna Henry, a 1948 graduate of Shawnee Girls High School, former employee of the National Association of State Department of Agriculture and owner/operator of A. G. and H. Tabler Inc. She was also a former member of Salem United Church of Christ and a present member of Lynnhurst United Church of Christ.
Mrs. Tabler was preceded in death by her husband, Albert and sons, George and Henry Tabler.
Survivors include a daughter, Bertha Wallen (Tim); sons, Raymond (Naomi) and Andrew (Christina) Tabler; brother, Alfred Henry; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Tabler; nine grandchildren, Katie Tabler-Kone (Will), Albert Lee Tabler (Leah), Christopher R. and Nicholas A. Wallen and Joseph A., Stephen M., Anna K., Sarah K. and Faith Tabler; and four great grandchildren, Haley Rose Tabler, Prudence M. and Ruby L. Kone and Brennan A. Wallen.
Celebration of life service is at 11 a.m. Thursday at Lynnhurst United Church of Christ 4401 Taylor Blvd with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelley Funeral Home, 4327 Taylor Blvd and after 10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
