Coffey, Edwin Hayse COFFEY, EDWIN HAYSE, 63, of Bardstown, died on Wednesday, September 5, 2007. He was a retired KDF Operator for Phillip Morris. Survivors include his wife, Peggy Coffey; daughter, Angela Hott (Clint); son, Jason Coffey; grandson, Ethan Hott; brothers, Phillip and Charles Coffey. Services will be 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Hardy Valley Funeral Home, 10907 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
