Edwin Owen

Ownes, Edwin N. View/Sign Guest Book OWNES, EDWIN N., 88, of Louisville, passed away peacefully at the VA Medical Center, Hospice Care Unit Tuesday, March 3, 2009. Ed served his country well in the US Army during World War II. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lois Wright; father, William N. Owens; and brother, Paul. Ed is survived by his sister, Helen Bates; and his two devoted friends, Bobbie and Jim Dennison who cared for him in their home for 24 years. Special thanks to the caring staff at the VA Hospice Care Unit. Funeral service is private with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Nunnelley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
