She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin Tilford; and son William Poynter.
She is survived by her children, William Lewis (Mary), John R. "Bobby" Tilford (Donna), Brenda Riddle (Jimmy), and Curtis Tilford (Betty); grandchildren, Shawn Lewis, Ashley Yuhas (Austin), Tammy McKinney (Wayne), Christy Sipes (Byron), Michelle Chandler (Scott) and Heather Westerfield; 10 great-grandchildren; a dear nephew, Alex Richardson; and a dear friend, Walter McLemore.
Her funeral is 2 p.m. Monday at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 South Third Street, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 1-8 p.m. on Sunday.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
